Refund policy

We have a strict 7-day return / exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your items to request a return / exchange.

Steps to follow to initiate a return / exchange : 

  1. Check eligibility : To be eligible for a return / exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please check for exceptions /non-returnable items for eligibility. 
  2. Keep the Receipt : Make sure you have the receipt or proof of purchase to make the return / exchange. 
  3. Contact us : To start a return / exchange, you can contact us at (+91)9821711887 or email us at THTH.ThreadTherapy@gmail.com. 
  4. Send return : Send the return / exchange items to the below mentioned address with the receipt. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: A-18, Sector-61, Noida-201307, Uttar Pradesh, India. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
  5. Acceptance : Upon arrival at the return location, the items will be inspected for any damages to access its eligibility for return/exchange. If your returned item is accepted, we’ll initiate a refund / exchange as requested. Please check refund / exchange policy for detailed information.

Kindly Note : An exchange item will only be shipped when we have received and checked the return item. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Returns can only be requested for full priced items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The easiest way to ensure an exchange an item is to first return the item you have. You can do this by contacting us to request an exchange, and then follow the steps for return / exchange. Once the return is accepted, we will send you the preferred exchanged item. Alternatively, you can simply return the item and then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
